At Aquanauts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. We provide a streamlined process to ensure you get back to your aquatic adventures as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the item is securely padded for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
